TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to the GX Golf Glove Subscription operated
by GX Golf Ltd, Company No. 14097457. By purchasing a subscription, you agree
to these terms.

1. Subscription Product

Each subscription delivery includes 4 GX Players Cabretta Golf Gloves: a 3-pack plus 1 additional glove free.

2. Delivery Frequency

Customers can choose delivery every 1 month, 2 months or 3 months.
Payment is taken automatically at the start of each subscription cycle.

3. Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 successfully paid billing cycles.
During the first 3 cycles, customers cannot cancel, pause, skip a delivery, delay a billing date or change the delivery frequency.
A failed payment does not count as a completed billing cycle.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

4. After 3 Cycles

Once the third successfully paid billing cycle has been completed, the subscription will continue automatically until cancelled.
Customers can cancel through their subscription account or by contacting info@gxgolfgloves.com.

5. Managing Your Subscription

Customers can change their glove size, hand/dexterity, delivery address and payment details.
Changes must be made before the order has been processed.
Delivery frequency can only be changed after the first 3 billing cycles have been completed.

6. Payments and Dispatch

The payment method provided at signup will be charged automatically on each billing date.
Orders are normally dispatched the same day or next working day after successful payment.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, GX Golf may retry the payment and request updated payment details.
No goods will be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
Repeated failed payments may result in the subscription being suspended or cancelled.

8. Pricing

The subscription price shown at signup will apply during the initial 3-cycle minimum commitment.
GX Golf may change subscription pricing after the minimum commitment by giving reasonable notice.
Customers may cancel before any new price takes effect.

9. Shipping

Subscriptions are available worldwide.
Shipping charges apply depending on the delivery destination.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges where applicable.

10. Size Exchanges

Gloves can be exchanged for another size provided they are unused and returned in suitable condition.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the gloves to GX Golf.
GX Golf will cover the cost of sending the replacement size back to the customer.

11. Returns and Consumer Rights

Nothing inthese terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Any legal rights relating to cancellations, faulty goods, refunds or returns will continue to apply.

12. Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be used on subscription orders unless GX Golf specifically states otherwise.

13. Changes or Cancellation by GX Golf

GX Golf may change or discontinue the subscription service where reasonably necessary.
GX Golf may also suspend or cancel a subscription in cases of payment failure, fraud, misuse or serious breach of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Customers will still retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply in their country of residence.
